Anyone ever had any luck getting a shirt after one of their sales end? Do they really ever reprint them? Emailed them asking what the protocol is but I'd pay double for gimme 5... Bought wagon wheel just because but I NEED gimme 5!

After the sale ends and they start shipping, they make available the shirts they have left. Go to their "Garage" and see what's there. Also, they sometimes bring back popular ones on holidays or promotions. Like them on Facebook and sign up for email alerts and you should know when these promotions start.
There are a ton of shirts of theirs that I would pay way more for just to have them.

They usually have a sale every few months where they put 20 or so shirts back up for sale.
Where have all the lightweights gone?

When they do this, the shirt usually comes in a different color.

I missed the original "the world is flat" sale. So I put my name on the email list and said I wanted one.
It has gone back up for sale 2-3 times since it originally came out, the color changes every time though which could be disappointing if you had your heart set on the original.

They responded;Ain't no thang my friend! We typically order a few extra tees of the designs as a backup in case of any issues and as a 'last chance' offer to get the design. It is always in limited quantities so usually the popular sizes go fast. Best bet is to sign up for the Notify Me list on that shirt as well: http://blipshift.com/products/high-… you sign up for this, as soon as the limited extras are available, we send you an email notification letting you know!
